[Peeweelinux] Fits on a hard drive

I am able to boot a peewee system from hdb11 if I boot DOS first
and use LOADLIN.   I can't get syslinux to do it, but I don't
know what the problem is there.  (I'm not sure how it knows
which device to read).  But OK, I'll skip that one for now.

I have discovered that the pwlconfig Help file has a newer
version of documentation than the 0.19 in ./Documentation
It's found in ./scripts/README.pwlconfig.    So I'm going 
to read that to see what tidbits I can find.
