[Peeweelinux] Can i configure the bash prompt like in the MANDRAKE 8.1 distribution and with the history file too ?

Ayup, I certainly misstated that. The correct answer is pwl doesn't
include bash by default. There are several ways to change the prompt such
as rerolling the source, or using profile .profile .bash_profile
/etc/bashrc depending on what a particular version of bash looks for.
