ok, thanks, I'll try to find an RPM for ftpd.
maybe I'll ask on the list and you can put it in your ftp server ? I've seen
on the list that it's a fairly regular question...

There was supposed to have been an ftp server for PeeWeeLinux. Not sure
when it disapeared but it is not in 0.60 or 0.61.
PeeWeeLinux does not need pam. In order to get a ftp server to work it has
to be compiled on RH6.2 without pam. Unfortunatley I don't have a working
build environment right now, so I can't just build an rpm to include. I am
working on the next version of PeeWeeLinux that comes with its own build
environment and should work independent of the Linux distribution it's
been installed on.
I believe msntp is a simple ntp client but I haven't used it in ages...
