File sytem extraction path

In the main menu, when i select "Extract File System for Project", i
fill a dialog box.

I also modified Project Mount Point in the configuration menu ("Project
efault Menu") but then in the dialog box i have somethink like:

./projects/MyProjectName//the/path/for/project/mount/point/i/set

wheras i would liek to have only /the/path/for/project/mount/point/i/set

I tried to handle that with symlinks but the symlink is replaced with a
real directory when i extract the fs
