0.60.0 release

Hi,

PeeWeeLinux 0.60.0 is now available. There hasn't been any significant
change from 0.53.27. The 2.2.14 kernel has been removed and a revised
2.2.17 kernel has been build in anticipation of the custom kernel build
function in pwlconfig.
