Error Log viewing

Hi Ralph,

This is a really neat idea. I modified it slightly. I no longer supress
the output of pwl_target_load, so now the progress of each step is visible
as it is being done. Beats sitting in darkness and wondering what the box
is up to when things get loaded :)

At the log prompt the log being shown if yes is selected is the
tmp/rd_log. With your idea for inserting the comments it's quite useful.
