How small is PeeWeeLinux?

For my next newby question I'd like to ask:
How small of a distrobution can you get from PWL?
My target is to get a bootable system with pcmcia-cs, networking, and a few
spacific programs loaded onto a 16M DiskOnChip for my wearable computer.
Most distros that I've seen that are based on RedHat talk about a minimum of
43-45megs.
