peewee on floppy

Hmmm... the one I created booted fine. I found I had to run 'fdformat
/dev/fd0u1722' several times before a verify didn't report any errors.

I'll play some more with it. Perhaps including a fdformat step in the
pwl_target_load script would fix things?
