Updated pwlconfig scripts

Hi,

Here are some updated pwlconfig scripts. Some changes:
- Non-working and under development features are no longer shown by
  default. Use 'pwlconfig -b' or 'pwlconfig --experimental' to get
  the hidden menu options
- The kernel packages no show the kernel version for clarity. This means
  older projects will not have a valid kernel until a new kernel package
  has been configured.
- Added a load example project choice to 'Create New Project' option
- Added a first example project.
