pwlconfig in 0.52 does not work!

Hi,

A big ooops on my part! I uploaded the wrong 0.52 archive. Instead of
uplaoding the working release I uploaded a previous backup with unfinished
pwlconfig scripts!

I'll try to do my best to make the 0.52 release unavailable since it
doesn't work and get a new fixed release out!

A big sorry for that one!
