pwlconfig update *real soon now*

I hope to post an update tomorrow (night?) for the pwlconfig stuff.  I think
I've got most of the new features in, but It needs lots of testing since I
touched just about everything.  This version will be seperated into several
scripts that should not have to change for a while...just add new scripts and
call them from the pwlconfig main menu stuff.

Scripts pwlconfig uses:
pwl_custom    - handles custom configuration files
pwl_defaults  - handles default configuration file
pwl_projects  - handles project stuff (should be done before v0.8)
pwl_functions - utility functions used by all these scripts
mkBootDevice  - handles all types of devices (DOC & flash for now) to do 
                erase/format/load/lilo operations

?? next scripts to write ??
pwl_extract   - do the file system building here, seperate from pwlconfig
pwl_package   - source code to package builder
pwl_ramdisk   - build a ramdisk image

The pain has been making each script work interactively and from the command
line. But, this should make it fairly flexible if you need to automate any of
the building stuff...it just takes a lot more code.

Anymore suggestions on what to fix or add ? Once I get the help screens updated
(oops, forgot about the context sensitive help...to do also) I think we'll have
to beat on this to see if everything is working ok...
