The package.list files are unnecessary!

Hi,

A silly question, do we need the <package>.list files at all? The files
could be generated by a script that dumps the output of 'tar tf' to a
<packae>.list file if needed.

Does the pwlconfig script do that already or does it need the .list files?

I looked at pwlcinfig and it looks like it's creating the .list files if
they don't exist. So I will not be keeping list files unless I am tols
otherwise...
