 Hi

When I log on as root I get ulimit: not found.
Everything seems to work however whenever I restart none of the files i =
created have been saved onto the compact flash.

I am using a 256MB Ultra Sandisk Compact flash and I think it has =
something to do with the way the system is partitioned

/proc/partitions
major minor #blocks name
22 0 250880 hdc
22 1 250879 hdc1

/proc/cmdline
auto BOOT_IMAGE=3Dlinux ro root=3D100 ramdisk=3D28376

/proc/swaps
Filename Type Size Used Priority

/proc/versions
Linux version 2.2.17 (root@ce) (gcc version egcs-2.91.66 199990314/linux =
(egcs-1.1.2 relase)) #1 Fri May 2 15:33:53 EDT 2003

When I log in as admin and try and create a file it says Permission =
denied. even though I should have write permissions.

How can I make it so that I can write to the compact flash and it will =
be there when I reboot?

Correy
