Just to clarify, Pwl does indeed have bash: under "project file system->shells->bash" you
can select the following:

/bin
/bin/bash  442388
/bin/sh
/etc
/etc/bashrc
/etc/profile

Bash may not fit on a "minimal" floppy target, but I have been using it on an 8M
DiskOnChip with no problems.
