Yep..I've done this several times manually, however rebooting the
development box is a bit of a pain...I always partition my drives
with a couple 40Mb partitions at the end for just such occasions...

Don't forget to manually change the default to reflect the new root
dev/partition...maybe need another default for "test partition" ?

Also, the dual boot option (from v0.48?) copied the /etc/lilo.conf 
file from the development system before it genereated the new 
lilo.conf.XXX file...that seemed to work for me but may present 
problems for someone with lots of lilo.conf files around...
