./bin/Lilo6_21 ?

I am trying to use pwlconfig to write my newly created file system to a
Disk On Chip device.  I keep getting the following error:

./bin/Lilo6_21 Not found

Total Size of new file system:13k /diskonchip

I purposely didn't include lilo in the configuration step since have the
patched version (plilo) that I'll be using so I don't really understand
the reference to lilo here.

Any ideas on what the problem may be?
