pwlconfig and LILO error

Hmmm... thought I fixed that in 0.51

> b) when the filesystem for the current project is extracted, I always get a tar error when ncurses.tar is untarred:

> tar:error exit delayed from previous errors

This tar error only applies to usr/bin/clear which exists in another
package. That error can be safely ignored.
