0.53.8 and extracting packages

Looking at SourceForge there seems to be a 53.14 version of PeeWee but no files
for it. So I downloaded 53 and added the 53.8 pwlconfig update and it doesn't
extract_all packages. It will extract one package at a time though. Could
anyone point me to the latest full binary version?
Also how small can PeeWee be? I'm working with 16 megs of doc. Can I make a
router/firewall in 16 megs of doc?
