[Peeweelinux-devel] ftp problem

I 'm using an embedded system with peewee-0.61.0,I want to

 use ftpd.I copied files about ftp from my red linux.Now,it can connect ,but user couldn't login.this is information in my log file:

auth.alert PAM_pwdb[78]:check pass;user unknown

can someone tell me how to solve this problem.
