Package selection in pwlconfig

I'm not sure, you may not have the .list files in the package directory.
This will cause them not to show up. 

Workaround - Try picking them one at a time to create the list files.

Yep, I think these were previously _base_xxx, which put them in alphabetical
order first, and not such a big problem.

Let me know how this goes...I'm taking this home to polish v0.8 tonight...
