Package selection in pwlconfig

Hi,

I am just using pwlconfig to build an install disk. When selecting base
packages I have the following problem:

    Include all packages
    Exclude all packages
    [*] base_filesystem  ~~ --->
    [*] base_libs  ~~ --->

If I select 'Include all packages' the packages won't show up as selected.
Upon extraction they are extracted last. That causes several error
messages.

Putting the select marks in front of 'base_filesystem' and 'base_libs'
will extract them first (since they're first in alphabetical order) and
process everything as intended.
